Job Responsibilities:

Provide effective and professional technical support to our international users, requiring excellent command of English.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues using SQL queries. Prior knowledge is ideal, but training can be provided for candidates eager to learn.

Customize and code reports based on client needs, potentially using C#.

Write and update technical documentation and user guides.

Assist in training users on the software’s various features.
Candidate Profile:

Must have a fluent command of English, both written and spoken.

Skills in SQL or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
